Hatha Level 3/4
In this class, more advanced postures will be introduced and poses will be held for a longer time to build stamina. Familiarity with the Sun Salutations is necessary. Dont be intimidated! Please contact me regarding whether this class would be suitable for you! You might be surprised!
All Levels
This class uses standing postures, forward folds, backbends, and hip opening postures to offer a full-body experience of length and strength. Suitable for all levels of ability, from the absolute beginner to more advanced students.
Hatha Yoga- Level 1/2
In this more traditional approach, we regroup and enter each pose with renewed focus and proper alignment. The basic yoga postures are combined with regulated breath. For all levels of ability.
Gentle Hatha
If you’re looking for relaxation and a deep stretch, or if this is your first time practicing Yoga, this class is for you. Accessible to seniors, absolute beginners, or students looking to get back to basics.
